The Proactive Property Management Team prides itself on it's Hands On approach to managing your greatest asset. The tenant application and screening is just the beginning of the process we go through to make sure your home is protected. We do an in depth inspection of the property prior to every move in. We focus on safety issues that could put you, the owner, at risk. We have a large group of contractors that help us put the home in it's best condition to rent. 

Once we have a tenant in place we have on going communication with both you and the tenant. A unique feature to our service is our mid year safety inspection. We visit every property on a 6 month rotation. This gives us an opportunity to view the property and make sure the tenant is keeping up with maintenance and cleanliness. Often times we are able to identify small issues before they become expensive fixes.

We offer a full range of financial accounting and reporting that you can access through out website. Our vendors are bonded and insured and we always make ourselves available to answer any questions you have about your house.
