TENANT PLACEMENT

Tenant Placement is a great alternative to full Property Management. The Proactive Team will market your rental through the Multiple Listing Service and various other websites like Trulia and Zillow. We will also include your rental on our company website and feature your property in our Facebook marketing campaigns.

We market your property, field all the incoming calls, schedule all the showings and prescreen the tenants.Once we identify an applicant we do a complete background screening that includes rental history, a credit report, criminal checks and  employment verification. After you approve the tenant we move on to the document phase.

We have all the leases signed and collect both security deposit and first months rent. We can also do a move in walk through to ensure that the property will be returned to you in the same condition as when the tenant moved in. 

Once all this is done we turn it over to you to manage. 

We charge $300 to start the program and collect an additional $300 once the security and first months rent is collected. This represents a significant savings over property management and is a great option if you don't want to deal with lots of phone calls, applicants not showing up, and the safety issues of meeting strangers at a vacant rental.
